The Houston Maritime Arbitrators Association ("HMAA," "we," "us") is a not-for-profit association incorporated in Houston, Texas.

The member roster on this site is public by design. Information members provide for the roster — name, firm, professional background, areas of expertise, contact details, and whether they have completed HMAA arbitrator training — is published on this website so that parties to a dispute can select and appoint arbitrators, mediators, and expert witnesses.
Members should treat everything submitted for the roster as information intended for publication to the general public. If you are a member and want your listing amended or removed, please contact us.
Changes to your information: You may review and change your information at any time by accessing ‘Update Profile’ on the website. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.
How we use information
We use the information you give us to:
- respond to your inquiry;
- process and assess membership applications;
- administer training courses, meetings and events;
- maintain the member roster;
- send association announcements to members.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
When we share it
Only with the providers who run the site and our email, where the law requires it, or with your consent.
