Sharron has over 39 years of experience in the handling of cargo claims in both the London and US markets. Her career began in the London Market as a Lloyd?s Broker (Claims) and she spent the next 10 years expanding her knowledge and specializing in the Marine Cargo discipline. During this time she obtained her Associateship with the Chartered Insurance Institute in the subject of Marine Insurance. In 1988 she was invited to join the (then) Lloyd?s Claims Office as an Cargo Claims Adjuster handling all manner of losses on behalf of the London Market. Sharron joined Matthews Matson and Kelley in 1994 at the invitation of the owner of the Company and remained with that operation for 17 years through its change of ownership (to the CSL Group) rising to the position of Senior Vice President (Adjusting and Recoveries) for the CSL Group. In 2011 Sharron left the employ of CSL North America, with her team, to join MiCAS.
