Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from Texas A&M University (1973). I sailed as Assistant Engineer then transitioned to a Naval Architect firm. In 1974 I joined Matthews Daniel Company, and in 1979 became President of Matthews Daniel Marine. In 1983 I started JFMoore Group, of which I currently serve as Chairman. I was appointed to the TAMUG Board of Visitors for two terms and am currently a member of the Marine Engineering Advisory Committee at TAMUG.
