Master Mariner with arbitration experience.  I have served as expert witness on multiple cases, commenting on seaworthiness and suitability of operations and procedures. My background is in offshore construction, specifically on vessels using Dynamic Positioning.  Working with LOC I perform Marine Assurance works and Mission Critical Equipment inspections.  I am well versed in a number of industry standard surveys and such as the OVID and CMID, and am proficient in technical document creation and review, such as DP FMEA's, ASOGs, and procedures.  I have also spent significant time in shipyards during new construction and refits.
