I have over 16 years of seagoing experience on board various offshore support vessels, and have sailed in all ranks. I spent the last five years at sea as Dynamic Positioning (DP) master of ROV support,dive support, construction and cable laying vessels trading worldwide.

I am now involved with the preparation of FMEA's for various systems including DP, gangways and ballast, and have completed FMEA gap analysis and DP incident investigations, along with marine assurance services, to all areas of the maritime industry. I have also completed debris field dive surveys, grounding cases, machinery damage cases and marine incident investigation and root cause analysis. I have undertaken training in accident investigation from the NTSB and am an accredited OVID inspector. I hold an unlimited Master Mariner licence, along with unlimited DPO certification and have a great wealth of experience in offshore vessel operations, procedures, safety systems and control systems.
