ExxonMobil’s Senior Technical Expert in Offshore Floating and Fixed Structures.
ExxonMobil Production Company’s Marine Manager globally responsible for the reliability and integrity of ExxonMobil’s floating assets in the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa and the Norwegian North Sea.
Held leadership positions on several high visibility offshore projects, including the Lena Guyed Tower, Anasuria and Curlew FPSOs Genesis Spar, Kizomba A & B TLPs, and large (“Q-Max”) LNG Carriers.
Participated in several high-profile legal cases, including being Exxon’s Marine Advisor on the Valdez Oil Spill Litigation Team responsible for establishing the actual sequence of events and the associated timeline for the Exxon Valdez grounding incident, and the impacts of having a double-bottom tanker, and being Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries Company’s Expert for the West Mira semisubmersible Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU) contract arbitration case with Seadrill Mira Limited.
